In addition to walking with BungyPump poles you can also perform over 60+ individual exercises with the poles. Exercises include everything from warm up and stretching, to strenght, balance, and coordination exercises. 

Below is a list of different kind of exercises for you to try with your BungyPump poles. Depending on how much you press against the built-in resistance, the tougher or easier will the exercise be. Don't forget - BungyPump poles are not simply sticks, but training poles with built-in resistance.
